Résumé:

2015-PRESENT    DIRECTOR OF MARKETING    Leadership Circle   (formerly Full Circle Group & The Leadership Circle)

Marketing for a world-class Leadership Development company has been amazing. Being able to market a product that I truly believe in, one that helps individuals become better leaders, not only more productive, but more importantly be able to have better relationships, is important to me. I’ve learned what it takes to become a great leader myself. I’ve had opportunities to learn from incredible leaders, work with amazing clients, and have become Leadership Circle Profile Certified myself.

Highlights: Built a team of highly skilled individuals that span the gamut of marketing, design, and delivery from lead-generation, analytics, campaign strategy, videography, graphics, web, management and project delivery. Project leader of two major best-in-class client conferences in 2017 & 2018, with speakers like Amanda Lindhout (A House in the Sky), Nando Parrado (Miracle in the Andes), and Dr. Bernice King (CEO - King Center). Managed new office design and build out, from design to move-in with the building owners, architects, designers, FF&E, and our internal execs. Have overseen and been responsible for two complete company re-brands in my tenure, including websites, materials and communications and the consolidation of two brands. Member of the Executive Leadership Team, having a hand in overall company strategy and driving principles. Partnered with COO to head a team responsible for creating our Company Values. Work directly with executive partners on crafting project designs for multinational clients including Honda, Syngenta, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Pixar, etc. Helped our company grow from $4M when I started in 2013 to $29M in 2021, with a $20M capital investment in 2022.
